Appointments paid in advance will not be refunded. If you cancel in time (at least 48 hours in advance), you can use the paid amount for a new appointment. If you cancel too late, 50% of the amount will be deducted. If you do not show up, the full amount will be retained. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the full treatment will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 6 hours before the appointment, the full treatment will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Please schedule the correct appointment. All treatments are explained in detail on our website, if in doubt you can contact us. If an incorrect treatment is booked, the planned time must be reimbursed.

If you have not previously tinted with henna, an allergy test must be taken at least 48 hours before your appointment, as stated on our website and confirmation email. If you do not do this and do not inform us, the full treatment will still be charged.

Gift vouchers remain valid for one year and can only be exchanged for treatments and not for products.
In the salon you can only pay in cash or with QR code.
